Visionaire is changing the way its lamps are packaged. In an ongoing effort to improve packaging and efficiency, lamps will now be securely packaged within our most popular fixtures, like the American or Parking Star II, to avoid breakage or missing lamps.
This
is the latest initiative following the recent addition of the Mounting
Hardware & Accessory box, and the new factory sealed pre-packaged hardware
kits, such as the hand-hole kit to the left, to ensure no parts are lost in
shipment—and to provide the best packaging for the best performing fixtures
in the industry.
Another initiative to improve the fixture assembly process is installation instructions now included with shipments of the American, ParkingStar II, and other popular fixtures. These instructions will no doubt greatly assist contractors in the field with proper assembly of the fixtures, arm, and pole, thus reducing damage or loss because of improper installation. These instructions should also address many of the questions that come up in the field to proactively assist your customers.

Did you know that the new ParkingStar II is more than just a
pole-mounted fixture? This versatile Tool-less luminaire can be
utilized as a ceiling mounted fixture, or as a high performance
knuckle-mount flood light!
As a ceiling mounted fixture, the ParkingStar II utilizes the easy-mount
hardware option shown below. The new ParkingStar II ceiling mount option
replaces the Showcase SHO-1 fixture and offers easy access to the lamp and
reflector with a convenient latch located just below a decorative accent,
adding a bit of style to the fixture.
The ParkingStar II Flood option replaces the SmartFlood SFL-1 fixture and
utilizes a knuckle mount design to provide multiple degrees of light
distribution. This option also offers the same easy access to the lamp and
reflector. The die-cast housing and premium powder coat finish on all
ParkingStar II fixtures ensures long lasting durability. In addition, this
highly versatile and economic fixture is offered through our Express
